Kevin Dooley:  Managing Director

Kevin Dooley has extensive experience in the disaster restoration industry.  He has been directly involved in Catastrophe Loss Management during all major events throughout North America since 2003. He is a certified Master Restorer through the IICRC and is regularly called in to support homeowner and corporate clients during the restoration process.  

Kevin is the CEO of Drytech International – an outsource disaster restoration and equipment rental company, and the founder of PurWash, a leader in soft content recovery in the disaster restoration industry.  Kevin also provides knowledge and expertise as an instructor at DTI Group’s Restoration College.  


Phil Amyot:  Director, Operations


Phil Amyot entered the cleaning and restoration industry in 1988 in the carpet & upholstery cleaning business.   He was a field manager, technical advisor, trainer and franchise liaison for Canway Corporation, which held the national master license for Sears Carpet & Upholstery Care in Canada. He has extensive experience in cleaning and restorative techniques of carpet, upholstery and area rugs. 

Phil entered the restoration side of the industry,quickly studying and learning all aspects of disaster restoration.  His primarily focus has been assisting restoration contractors in the management, training and development of the operational side of their businesses. His education and hands-on experience has given him a wealth of knowledge and earned him  respect throughout the industry.

Phil has attained the highest levels of certification through continuous education and  he holds all Master status designations within the IICRC. Today, Phil is a managing partner with Drytech International and is responsible for the day to day operations of the production department.


Pat Dooley:  Founder

Pat Dooley has been involved in the Restoration industry for over 30 years, owning a restoration company with 8 locations throughout British Columbia, then as Director of Restoration Development and IICRC training for Stanley Steemer.

Pat has been involved in Catastrophic Loss Management for all hurricanes and major flooding in North America to date, including Florida’s Hurricane Andrew in 1992, the 4 Florida hurricanes in 2004, and New Orleans’ Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

Pat became a lead instructor for Dri-Eaz Products in 1999, writing and teaching the first Applied Structural Drying course offered.  He then founded Restoration College, averaging 45 schools per year for restorers and insurance adjusters throughout Canada and the U.S.  He is currently the only Canadian IICRC-approved restoration instructor with field experience.
As a Voluntary Committee Member of the IICRC, Pat participated rewriting the new S500 Water Damage Standards section on Large Loss Drying.

Today Pat continues to teach, write articles, manage catastrophic losses with his company, Drytech International, as well as providing expert witness testimony in legal disputes involving the restoration industry.  He is a keynote speaker at many conferences including the Canadian Adjusters Association, and is a consultant and trainer to the Insurance industry.
Pat Dooley is the only Canadian instructor among 6 IICRC-approved, worldwide, to teach the new IICRC Commercial Drying Specialist course.


Rod Jenkins:  Director of US Operations   

Rod Jenkins is the US Operations Manager for Drytech Intl US. Based in the Gulf Coast region, Rod actively pursues new business relationships and also manages water damage projects and equipment rentals, and develops unique drying services/systems for the chemical, industrial, coating, event planning and marine industries.

Rod entered the disaster restoration Industry in 2004 with a desiccant manufacturing company where he was responsible for the production and sales of dehumidification equipment. Upon the sale of the company, Rod spent the following 1.5 years working with a drying/equipment rental company where he gained experience managing larger water damage projects during the flooding in Iowa and the hurricanes Dolly, Gustov and Ike. 

Rod is certified through the IICRC for Water Damage and Applied Structural Drying.
